One on one coaching for 4 weeks. An ideal opportunity for individuals interested in building a foundation for a daily mindfulness + meditation practice. Each session will be approximately 30-45 minutes and will include a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques and practices including body awareness, breath awareness, self-inquiry and silent mantra.
Sessions are available in person for Austin residents or virtually (via Skype, Google Hangout, Zoom or FaceTime) and ideally takes place within 4 weeks time. This is a great way to receive 1:1 meditation coaching, ensure accountability, and cultivate a practice that fits your lifestyle.
