Meditation Jump Start Program


One on one coaching for 4 weeks.  An ideal opportunity for individuals interested in building a foundation for a daily mindfulness + meditation practice. Each session will be approximately 30-45 minutes and will include a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques and practices including body awareness, breath awareness, self-inquiry and silent mantra.

Sessions are available in person for Austin residents or virtually (via Skype, Google Hangout, Zoom or FaceTime) and ideally takes place within 4 weeks time. This is a great way to receive 1:1 meditation coaching, ensure accountability, and cultivate a practice that fits your lifestyle.  (Note: Upon receipt of payment, Paige will reach out to schedule your sessions. Group pricing for up to 4 people available upon request.)



Included in this package:

  • Meet and Greet: Assess goals, challenges, and explore discussion around time of day, location and duration of sessions that best fit the individual’s lifestyle. Includes a brief grounding meditation.
  • 3 Meditation Sessions: Identify basic essentials to building a meditation practice and explore various mindfulness + meditation techniques. Will assess what’s working and what’s not.  Each session will include a 15-20 minute meditation.
  • Email Support: Includes 3 email check-ins throughout the duration of the program that will best support the art of building the individual’s practice along with mindfulness tips to incorporate into everyday.
  • 3 Recorded Meditations: A customized link of specific meditations will be provided at the end of the program for the individual to maintain their daily practice.
